If anyone took a second to read the first verse you would notice that "in the beginning, there was the word and the word was with God" that already negates everything. This means that the "WORD" which they claim is Jesus was before God... And then it says that i says the word was God so that already is 2 Gods and one came after the other and the kicker is the word ("Jesus") was the first God. Now the clever among you will notice that the word became flesh. So if this word/god became flesh then it means this was countless of billions of years before Jesus was born but their scripture says that he only became flesh at the time he became a baby inside Mary's belly so another massive issue. And the even cleverer among you who have been keeping count will realise that we have yet to add the holy spirit into the mix. Have you been keeping count? According to John 1-1, there were 2 Gods in the beginning. 2 distinct Separate individual eternal entities. If there was "The Word" and it was there in the beginning with "God" that means they were never 1 even "in essence" like the childish excuses they give. Even if were were to entertain that nonsense does it mean that Jesus and the HS were watered down essences since they had less knowledge and power than "The father"?? List of the cast and crew in this chrisitan movie in order of appearance: (1)The Word(god-1), (2)God,god-2) (no mention of HS which is supposed to have been co-eternal) The word became flesh(god-1 became human) so no more god-1 but god-1b. The OT completely refutes the claims of trinitarians on top of the NT not even claiming itself. Numbers 23:19 - God is not a man that he should lie, nor the son of man that he should change his mind. It can only be talking about one God becuase if it was talking about 3 then he just relegated Jesus as he became a man. So did God change his mind and decide to be a man in direct contradiction to himself...(lets not mention the fact that the bible also says that God regreted making man therfore chaning his mind about it being a good idea and never mind the fact it means he did not have all knowledge because he did not know man would be sinfull.
