It's a German fragrance from 1978 and the biggest TV series in Germany at the time by far was a cop show called "Derrick" which is the name of that show's police inspector.

I'm assuming "Derrick" refers to an oil derrick, which would explain the fuel can design of the bottle.

I have Derrick and occasionally wear it if I want to smell domineering. Love the thumbnail. Reminds me of my high school in the 80s.

I've never heard of this fragrance but it sounds interesting. I did hear that when Chrissy was using H his go to fragrance was Zino by Davidoff 😂

I remember years ago, i asked my dad what is his fav fragrance he said derrick and i remember him having this bottle when we were younger but he can’t find it nowadays. Now years later i am buying my dad a gift i remembered the name derrick and found it where i live now and i thought it would be a nice gift. What do you think? Will it be a good one? Or it’s cheap? It’s around 28$ and it says eau du toilette and not eau du perfume and i really know nothing about this. I would appreciate the advice :)
