Honestly, if you're tailing a car so closely that you rear-end them when they lock-up, you're exceeding your abilities/your cars abilities, and should remember that it is NOT a closed track day and that you must drive appropriately. And if I had a brand new BMW on the track and was following an absolute BEATER like this GTR, I would certainly give it space until I could safely pass because the owner (GTR's) obviously doesn't care about body damage and by appearance alone, you can tell the vehicle probably isn't mechanically sound either. Just my .02 from learning this the hard way as a kid, and how to watch for other drivers on track/to avoid taking risks around missiles/shitboxes, because missile owners will not care if they wreck into your very nice car, as they will be back on the track with a sawzall, some JB and a few zip-ties, while you'll be out potential thousands...

Full fuel tank is 74 litres only did 19kms on 18.4 litres (quarter of tank gauge) so 74litres would do 76kms or 4 laps around the track ouch, needs a good tune as well lol. Love the chatting as your driving, which is always good in your clips .👍

I just checked 3 videos about it on schaefchen's Instagram channel and think you're wrong. There are other fun things you can do with tuned cars, and most people coming to this channel aren't living near a full-grown race track, so their cars might just be daily drivers, drift tools or fun experiments in one or the other way, without having to be the fastest thing on the Nordschleife or any other track.
