Beloved Sir, I lived in China for 6 yrs, in that time duration I have travelled far, mostly to all the corners of China. BUT I HAVE NEVER TASTED ANY schezwan hot sauce (四川辣椒酱）like this ever before. It's simply Awesome... After making this, I felt like crying... Bought back all the memories back when I was there. No matter how much foreign cusine one eats, but Jo Maza humare desh ka khane Mei hai woh kisi Mei nahi. Lucknow, Bengal etc ke khane...Oye hoi... People say, ' I eat to live', but I say, ' I live to eat'. P.S sorry for the long post.
