Thanks Steve I appreciate that mate. As you said the balance of flavours have to be spot on without one ingredient overpowering the other and that’s were the perfect balance comes in. It’s a great dish and the family all love it . Spicy Chinese food should never be mega hot compared to Indian but just enough to give you that numbing effect, cheers Steve

Thanks mate, it’s a 14 inch London round bottomed carbon steel wok available also in flat bottomed for indoor use . Cost me 14 quid from my local Asian supermarket but easy enough to buy online. It comes with a lifetime guarantee ,it’s the preferred one for most takeaways, cheers pal

Aye Steven it’s me the greenhouse guy. At the the time I was churning out so many videos and the weather was that bad so came up with the idea for the greenhouse, it served me well an enabled me to cook all year round, a bit mad I suppose but done the job. I just wait for the weather to break now before I venture outside. I’m 65 now and don’t cook as much .I think my greenhouse days are over 😂 Cher Steven
