As far as i unterstand the name belongs to the officer Ferdinand von Schill, who leads a resistance aganist Napoleon. Still today barracks are named after him (today there are three, two named Schill Barracks and one named Ferdinand-von-Schill-Kaserne in Luetjenburg) and he was honored with movies and books during the NS regime. I’ve been playing this game since beta, and still don’t have the resources for this ship. It was cool to see you back on wows on 2 brothers. In wows legends you can't have many ships that others don't have without having to spend money. I didn't want a BA tirpitz or anything, but i grabbed the shilling without it costing me real money, even though all my resources bled for it. I don't think I'll be back to my previous level for another two years.

I know its good to be able to use resources that are building up which otherwise don't have much use if you have been playing for a long time, but the combined cost in real world value ($1000) of this ship is nothing less than ridiculous. At the very most it should be 10% of that.

Overpriced ship, yes. Boring ship? Not really, but there are certainly better ships out there. It’s not a meta ship, but a ship that requires brain activity, instead of hiding and spamming like 90% of cruisers. Selling it tho is kinda a waste of money, but I understand what you are trying to say.

Sorry, but I have to completely agree. The ship is ugly and it is not good. I got it because I had too many premium days and I didn't spend anything on it that I need right now. I still don't know if it was worth it. I will never play with this and have also considered selling it.
