This is what I’m going with. This looks right up my alley. Exeter might have been my most pleasant surprise when I randomly pulled it awhile back. I didn’t expect anything from it but having that much utility can make a huge impact on games and B43 has radar on top! I like your idea about the CV spawn btw, it makes sense. I always felt that CV games should be 10v10 because of the spawn issues it causes but your idea is probably easier to implement.

Derka real talk...im almost positive every legend cc slept and called enterprise wrong..shes literally one of the strongest cvs in game..the ap bombs do incredible damage but you have to let the dive bomber dive longer then usual like kaga levels..i was getting 11-12k drops consistently. Most ccs that reviewed did not draw out a single drop i watched early drop after early drop and everybody like "these bombs suck"...the do not..

Dropping AP bombs from higher results in higher pen, that’s true, but the Enterprise’s pen wasn’t the problem, the raw damage was. You’d drop a CL for a triple citadel and get 7500 damage. When they buffed the raw damage it made it seem like it was penning way more, similar to how American BBs feel with their raw alpha

I think its a high skill floor ship and with an experienced player it can be totally dominant // almost like playing a DD sort of .. don't over extend .. really have a sense of your surroundings and then capitalize with that HE and Brit fire chance . Nice to see the B'43 getting some appreciation. It's my go-to ship if I'm going for the 3500 XP challenge. Underrated as hell and definitely one of the best cruisers at T7. Love the 30mm HE it gets over the T6 version and running Tyrwhitt on it.

You need 6500 Drachmas for this ship, Georgia, or B43. Here is how you can get it: 4500 Drachmas for finishing the campaign with admiralty backing (Velos as reward) - 1750 doubloons (2500 up front, you get 750 back from doing the campaign) 1500 Drachmas for doing the calendar - $0 2000 Drachmas for completing the treasure hunt - $0, and if you finish it, you are guaranteed a T5 premium. You could also choose Independence or Aigle. But I wouldn't. get your moneys worth with a tier 7

Me personally I love the Belfast 43 I rolled it in a free crate I got about a year or two ago and kept it ever since. You hit it right on the head it's super underrated people sleep on this ship and thus I can catch a lot of people off guard.

Here me out... the Harbin is highly, HIGHLY underrated. It's so squishy I get overpens from heavy cruisers. The torps are amazing with the right build. Yeah, is not awesome, but it's a really fun ship that plays a great support role and it's a solid option to get behind an island on opposite sides of hiding BBs because the torps are capable of really making them not want to come around. It's fun.

I like the bayard and think it’s quite capable although temperamental. I either have incredible games in it or horrible ones. I use AL St. Louis for the reload booster buff and I can absolutely melt BBs. Then in the next match be dodging a salvo from 17km out and a stray shell and an overpen dev strike me.

I run AL Belfast on her, 4 smokes that run short but enough to hunt destroyers and spam some HE on battleships. The torps hit hard once somebody gets too close to you.

ALB has ingenious to help turret traverse, full speed ahead helps the crap speed and rudder. But only 2 radars and sonars Fraser you get the 5% fire chance, 3 radars, 3 sonars. Al Belfast is super solid, comes down to personal preference I guess. And also to what else you may use AL Belfast for. In my case it’s my Minotaur commander and I don’t wanna switch builds, so have always left Fraser as my Belfast HE guy, and heavy Brit cruiser guy

The Kutuzov needs spotting and teammates, it’s a one trick pony. Chapie (the non AL stupid version) has radar, but is pretty weak and very powercrept, and the Harbin is squishier than Belfast 43 with LESS health and no utility. And your take on Bayard makes me want to unsubscribe to you, but I’ll settle down before I get too heated. I have a build I want you to try out before you throw that ship in the trash can 🤣 I’m kidding, I would never unsub, maybe 😉🫡

I had this ship and sold it a while back. If I ever reacquire it, I'll probably keep it, but I can't say that I miss it and that's because I picked up the Hampshire a few months back...i know, i know it's a heavy cruiser but it's one helluva heavy cruiser...I mean it can and will punch...very, very, very hard almost every time all of the time. If I somehow got the Belfast '43 today, I'd likely keep it as I'm a different player today than I was two years ago...but I can't say that miss it mostly because I have the Cleveland, Edinburgh, Weimar, Mainz, Minotaur, Worcester, and Brisbane so I'm not short on light cruisers that can cause a lot of mayhem by any means. But I do have a question for Derka as I'm about to use my 70% off coupon... Pyotr Bagration or the Plymouth are my two considerations at Tier 7....which one would Derka prefer if he was choosing between the two and why?

To answer that question I would say… one is free and the other is not! P bag can be acquired for GXP, albeit you’ll have to be a little patient. If we didn’t care about price. It would be a super super hard choice for me. They’re similar, but so so different. P bag has terrible maneuverability and conceal, although should technically be more survivable. Plymouth has better concealment, and while not super quick in a straight, is way more agile. Armament wise, little at Tier 7 can compare to 16 Brit short fuse AP shells with improved pen angles. It literally hits broadsides like a battleship. It’s ridiculous. Pbag guns are also really good, 9 x 180s I think (this is from memory so forgive me if I’m wrong). He is okay, but AP slaps. She’s better at medium to longer ranges than Plymouth. Consumables, both are amazing but Plymouth likely wins here. How’s a 9.9 on 40 second radar sound. Yeah that’s a mini radar at T7. Plus a stupid good 4.9km sonar. No smoke if you run radar. P bag has 11.7km Soviet radar so also really good. It’s tough but if you like Brit light cruisers and sneaking around (Plymouth can stealth radar) Plymouth is the pick

Yes keep saving and it depends on if you’re a cruiser, battleship, or destroyer player. If you are truly new to the game your best bet might be a battleship. In which case Massachusetts is very strong and the most simple to play. Amazing guns, good AA, maneuverable, tanks, etc. it’s the whole package. If you like other classes then watch my GXP ships video to get a run down

Not really, Plymouth almost has stock minotaur levels of dpm and it has a minotaur radar (overall best radar in the game). Plymouth unlike b43 has three stock heals without those differences both ships seem pretty similar....on paper

I disagree with you about Harbin. It is my best performing cruiser period, 80%winrate and over 2k average XP. I enjoyed that ship more than anything else, including Sejong because while that ship is stronger on paper her ballistics ruin the package.

They’re really kinda opposite when it comes to cruisers, one kites with no armor, setting fires. (Suzy) The other… Azuma can tank, and use devastating He and AP salvos both. Both are extremely good in their way. I’d recommend watching them both in action and see what you’d prefer

Suzuya gameplay is just mostly kiting..you can't engage enemies closer cause you have none existence armor and Suzy's AA is a joke you'd be a food for AP bombing CVs.. Azuma meanwhile is less agile but you got tons of HP, Decent Armor protection where you can do a lot of risks..Azuma guns are also very accurate and whether you Choose AP or HE shell you wouldn't get wrong..AP can shred enemy Light cruisers and even punch through enemy Battleships while the HE do hits like a Truck and with stock 30% Fire chances you are likely to cause perma fires.. you can pick Suzy if you are Well experienced light cruiser user but just get Azuma if you aren't since a small mistake in Suzy would lead you getting teleported back to your Port,Azuma meanwhile can take a lot of Punishment. also Azuma AA is one of the best in T7 that you'll take down many aircraft in a match especially if you get target locked by Kaga

@@somebloke3869 the reason I stopped watching him, was because every time he did a ship review on a new ship I was interested in (I was not a CC then) he would talk about the ship 30% of the time and spend the rest of the time mansplanning getting into caps, points, making sure to do my ships Hp worth of damage etc 😄 great stuff for new players. Not great for people wanting a deep dive on a ship, or seasoned players
