The reason why I clicked on this is because I myself have been experiencing constant throbbing headaches in my head, mainly the pain is concentrated on the back of my head but whenever I try to sleep sometimes I feel like thoughts are forced on me to think. Like random songs, quotes I never heard of or heard before so I thought this was a good video to analyze

Its good that he can Ignore those voices such a brave man....one of my fam members drink some leponex to fall asleep cause she can’t sleep hearing those voices but thanks to god we can still talk to her..and she actually tells us what she heard and seeing and that was crazy like demons who speak bad words to Her back and realizing those people with this kind of condition is really having a hard time to speak with, so you must talk to them and treat them like a normal person coz it can help them to ignore those voices and don’t let them to watch horror movies or stuff related to what she hears and sees, I don’t have this kind of condition but one of my love ones has this and thank god she is still alive and living properly.

This is no joke.. I respond to things that others can’t hear or see.. sometimes I have to analyze the situation to see if what I’m experiencing is actually real or in my mind. I do jump while I’m in bed because I feel stuff walking on my bed. I had to learn to not respond out loud to whatever I’m hearing. It is exhausting to have what most people consider a normal day. So whats the difference between a schozfrenic and a normal person, not much of a diff, let me tell u why, we all have a voice in our head that keeps talking and complaining, is the reason of all the suffering in the world, but are we are really separate from these thoughts and who we really are? Yes, we are totally different than what we hear in our mind and ourselves and reality, this kid, unfortunately is not properly guided, but i bet a week around me, and i ll solve all his problems.
@RekySai
@RekySai Жыл бұрын
But why does it sound like anyone talking about their internal thoughts. What's fascinating is that there is no second thought about it being real. Since there is that disconnect that these are not his voices and his thought, that it makes it easier to believe. Like people wanting to jump when they walk up to a ledge is a real phenomenon. But most understand that it's THEIR thoughts

Truly thank you for this video. My husband has schizoaffective disorder and when he goes through an episode- you being able to put into words what you are currently hearing helps me understand what he goes through. He’s expressed in the past that he’s heard almost the same exact things. His common one that he has is that someone is following him or stalking him. When he’s in a bad episode he’ll go catatonic. It’s truly a nerve wracking thing. I can’t even imagine what it’s like to be the one experiencing it so thank you for sticking around to tell us your story. I know this video is from a few years ago, but I saw that you’re still active on here and that made me happy. When you said that the one voice said to unalive yourself the expression you had on your face was one I’ve seen on my husband’s one too many times. So thank you for sticking around. Thank you for not giving into those voices. Again, I can’t imagine what you go through on a daily, but as someone that is a partner to someone with a form of schizophrenia, it means a lot that you keep pushing and that you’re on meds. The fact that you’re also pretty aware of it helps too I’m sure. At least it helps my husband.

@Blindi That's such a dickheaded thing to say. Most people with this type of schizophrenia can't tell, it's hard to distinguish between what's real and what isn't, particularly if it's paired with hallucinations, which I don't think his is. These voices convince them to believe a lot of things, the intense paranoia shows that they believe these voices.

My profile picture was years ago. Just because I'm not "old" does not mean I cant sympathize with one another. Obviously he is having a hard time and this is his life. He is so traumatized and vulnerable...so yes, the metaphor "poor baby" was the appropriate response, in my opinion. The world is so sensitive; will pick anything apart on what anyone has to say... What a shame. My comment shouldn't have stolen what the "big picture" was.

Enigma is fantastic, also some of the most therapeutic music there is, even for chronic pain. I just love that kind of music, Enya, Hoverphonic’s song Eden is great too, and some of Moby’s tracks too I’ll admit. Music just helps me get through everything, I had been diagnosed with DiD about 20 years ago, have adhd and ocd as well. Music helps drown the voices and helps me dissociate less. I am recovering from a drug addiction that I’ve struggled with for 15 yrs, pills mainly, I had self medicated and went down a path of true insanity… smh. Keep up the good fight, know that people do care about ya man, no matter what the voices tell you. I’m subbing by the way. I’d give ya a hug if I could.

So true it’s one of my biggest fears, just gonna vent my experience real quick I had drug induced psychosis during my addiction and I would be sitting in my room pointing at nothing telling my fiancé “I know it’s not real, but I see someone standing there” like a detailed, full blown person. I called 911 to my house because I thought I heard people outside talking about how they were going to break in and kill me. I confronted my drug dealer and accused him of being a cannibal. Would spend hours peeking out of windows then hiding and repeat. Driving around convinced people were following me. It went away when I got on meds for bipolar disorder and got sober but my susceptibility really scares me. I got to that point 2-3 months after I started using it was very fast. I worry I’ll lose it again or get post partum psychosis if I have children.

@@christinaskittle Hey Christin, My aunt drugged me with psychedelics and I went through a drug induced psychosis as well. I was hearing voices for a month straight and also did some really embarrassing things as I look back at it. I even thought I was someone else and my mind was stuck somewhere and I didn't think it was going to end. My body was here but my mind was not, I had no understanding of what was going on around me and I would fade in and out of reality constantly hearing voices telling me in order to help my situation is to find God and the voices would tell me to go on these long ass walks to find God but ultimately I was in a delusional state. It was the closest I have ever been to being homeless and losing everything. I was later arrested after my aunt falsely accused me of damaging property in MY HOME and no one was around to help me nor did anyone really know what was going on with me other than my mother and she is not a logical person she instead of seeking help, she kept calling me possesd by some spirit or what not which is insane to think that I was surrounded by such an ignorance at the time. In the end, lets just say my aunt got her karma. But I did get through it as well and felt quite susceptible for about a month. I healed on my own and I now work for the government and am in a better place than ever and I want you to know that you are in control man you got this. Drugs cans stay in your spine for a very long time and every time you move a certain way those micro chemicals can still circulate in your system so be aware of that.I wish you the best man, I have not been able to relate with anyone and my Drug induced psychosis so it feels good that im not alone

Yep! I sometimes hallucinate (most likely a result of a lack of sleep but idk) and I used to hear babies crying. I also recently heard someone say my name from right next to me (I was sat in my room at night, alone) so that was terrifying. In terms of visual hallucinations, one time I woke up face-to-face with a ghost-like person, so either my house is haunted or I should start going to sleep earlier

Extremely impressive, one might say one of a kind, if only every schizophrenic individual was aware that they were schizophrenic, and only hallucinating, and that the voices, and what not, we’re just all part of a sickness, no warped, storyline really far outside of reality that one mistakes for their actual life because they would know it is all just a hallucination

I heard vocies in my life too. I heard demons laughing, female voices, man voices that can wake me up, jokes that i wake up. Make me fear like nightmare and stuff. I also heard God speaking and he spoke in muy head not into my ear like the others. The best thing you can do is accept Jesus Christ who is God himself, pray in the name of Jesus Christ, hurt these demons, command in Jesus name fire on them, break covenants with them and command them to get out just like the apostles did after Jesus died and left them the holy spirit in the book of Acts.

sorry to see this. I can't imagine dealing with it.I really appreciate you putting this vid out. It brings awareness to the struggle bigtime. I just want to say you aren't "crazy". Mental conditions occur but there's nothing wrong with having problems in life related to brain bs. I wish you the best of luck in resolving....things...I deal with a lesser degree of brain stuff but it sucks nonetheless. I can't imagine what you go through on the daily basis. Do everything you can do to deal with it cause life shouldn't be like this for anyone. As far as the idk goes it is unknown but it seems to be a combination of genetics vs life experience. It's like a bug that occurs in a complex computer. Shit just goes wacky sometimes but...that doesn't make it easier necessarily. I guess the hardest part would be discerning experience from reality and then just dismissing "hallucinations" as such instead of something of any significance. Seriously. How can it now mess with your head. Wish you the best again
