I love cooking chicken wings in different marinades and sauces. This recipe has become one of my favorites. Chicken wings in honey and garlic glaze will not leave anyone indifferent. I cook 2 kg of chicken wings at once because they are so delicious. Cook for the whole family. Cook with joy! Cook with love!

Chicken wings 2 kg.
olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1.5 tsp
Black pepper.
Dry garlic 1.5 tsp
Paprika 1.5 tsp
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
Garlic 4 cloves.
water 100ml
soy sauce 2 tbsp
honey 1 tbsp
apple cider vinegar 1 tsp
sesame oil 1 tsp
Chili pepper 1/4 tsp
cornstarch 1 tbsp
Cook.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Turn wings over and coat with sauce.
Bake for another 5-7 minutes at 220°C.

Carrot.
Butter.
Fry carrots for 2-3 minutes.
rice 1 cup.
water 1.3 cups.
Boil until the water under the lid has evaporated.
Coriander.

Súper saludable hornear las alitas de pollo(les recomiendo también para cuando preparéis las Albóndigas) mejor al horno que freírlas (las frituras engordan mucho y pasan factura al hígado). La receta de la guarnicion con arroz y zanahorias, muy bueno también, con el Cilantro(se venden secosen los supermercados en botes) aportando un toque refrescante para la digestión. Maravilloso!!!
