1 cup oatmeal and 1 carrot! A healthy dessert recipe WITHOUT sugar. A simple, easy and delicious pie recipe without adding white sugar. Delicious and very simple. Cook with pleasure!
2 cups (200 g) oatmeal.
1 cup (240 ml) milk of your choice.
Rinse 1 ounce (30 g) raisins in hot water.
Rinse 8 dried apricots in hot water.
1 carrot.
3 eggs.
1 teaspoon baking powder, salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Fresh orange zest, optional.
2 apples.
6 inch (15 cm) baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 50-60 minutes.

Rinse 3.5 oz (100 g) dried cranberries in hot water.
3 eggs.
1/3 cup (80 ml) vegetable oil. A few drops of vanilla.
Salt, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
1 cup (150 g) coconut sugar or any other sweetener.
1 cup (100 g) walnuts.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Bake in preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 40-45 minutes.
2 tablespoons mascarpone or cream cheese.
1/3 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 tablespoon honey.
