This is almost exactly the same recipe and method that my German grandmother baked bread. The only difference is that she would bake 6 loaves at once. Watching this in Hartland, WI. Glad you posted this!

London, Ontario Canada. Love the video. Lived in Germany for 2 years. That country has the best bread in the world. Even though the French and Italians are a close second in my opinion.

Interesting. I have never heard of not using any oil, ghee, butter or lard when making bread. I have heard of not using any sweetener though. Nice that you do not have to knead it and that you use two long proofing times and a 2-stage baking process. It looked lovely.

Traditional bread is made with flour, water, yeast, and a little bit of salt. Sugar is optional, but it's never made with oil or any other fat.

Ich habe gerade diese Brot gebacken und bin begeistert. Erstens weil ich wegen defekter Schultern keine Teige kneten kann und mit den wenigen Zutaten so ein köstliches Brot herstellen kann🙏Mein 🍞 Brot war zwar nicht so hoch aber das hat dem Geschmack keinen Abbruch getan .Vielen Dank , das Rezept sofort gespeichert 👍Greetings from Germany 😀
