If you are at anchor and get into a situation where you are drifting toward an anchored boat you can always fire up your engine put it in reverse and steer your rudder away from the direction you're heading all while leaving your anchor where it's at.

Was great to see you travelling in the area where I boat and love to be around Atlantic Beach to Beaufort and Morehead City area! I could recognize where you were in your video. Seems this area is a bit different but maybe is just easy to recognize since I boat this area. Beaufort is a really neat place to get out and walk around if you are ever there again. Safe travels!
