I got a First Class Bachelor and A MSc with Merit also Postgraduate Certificate Degree. All from UK Universities and currently i am in UK. Unfortunately still no any publications. I am looking to secure a funded PhD here and still i have nearly 2 years to do that. Please can you guide which things do i need to improve and follow ?

Yes, there may be a lot. There are some people who are in their final year of Ph.D. with full funding without at least one single publication. 😊 It all depends on the scholarship you are trying to apply for and how competitive it is
