Debbie, I have the exact same one in the video, and I got it for $5 dollars at WalMart. It was near the section where ironing boards and hangers were :) Hope that helps you :)

Hi TheJusticeLife; I have a really old house and the doors are too snug for even the thinnest over-the-door hooks. So I hang door pockets with adhesive hooks (the kind that don't leave a mark when you remove them). Just make sure you leave them to adhere to the doors a good long time before you have them support anything heavy.

I like this idea for older kids, students and adults, but smaller kids really need a container for on the table, otherwise there would be pens all over!! ... Spose you can have a dedicated cup that is used.. Anyway thanks! I have way too many pens etc for my daughter, its nice that you can see exactly what you have. X

Great ideas and the best thing is you can see through and search your stationary. You can't imagine I am using this to help a few university art students that hardly find anything but themselves out from their uni flats. lol!!!!!!!!

How do you hang it on the door? I have found the door won't close if there is something between the top of the door and where it closes. Same with cabinets and yet I have seen you open and close them with over the door hooks.

I've seen people use command hooks/nails/screws/various hooks to mount these door pockets to other places. Just a thought! :)

I believe its a shoe pocket organizing thing... and you can get it at walmart, target, or any store that sells home items.

Also, I believe it would be best to move the thumb tacks below eye level in order to avoid any accidents that may occur. Oh Alejandra! How clever! I found really sturdy clear pocket hangers like yours at Rose's for $5 each! What a steal. Usually when they are inexpensive, they are the cheaper made ones! I put one on back of our office/computer room door & did what you show here & one on back of our pantry/laundry room door and filled it with microwave popcorn packets, canned cat food, bagged dog treats, bottled laundry items! It has made so much more room on all shelves and in drawers to better organize them! Thx!

I've been using a system like this for a while in my office/craft room. The top row I use for misc items that would pile on my desk (coupons to be filed, packaging for potential returns, mail to sort/file). Then the rest of the pockets I use to store stickers/pens/pencils/hi-lighters and other small office supplies. It has helped *so* much in a high traffic, busy area that needs to function for multiple things :)

Great video. I have the same thing in our home office and have used it in my classroom. for several years. One tip I want to share is to make sure you invest in a good organizer...the thinner (and sometimes cheaper) ones won't hold up very long. I know this by experience.
