One of the best things I get out of this channel is that everything is dynamic, you don’t grab, you grab and hit, or push,or pull, it’s not a dance,the grab itself is dynamic,aggressive, ballistic. It’s not a sweep or trip, it’s a sweep and a pull. You see in BJJ that the fight begins after the hands are on , here putting hands on is a ballistic endeavour in itself.
