Cornstarch water mixture is dilatent or shear thickening. Thixotropic (or pseudo plastic) is shear thinning.

I think they would stick together if you refrigerated them after cooking. It's probably better to refrigerate/freeze before cooking, just make sure they're well coated in flour so they don't stick together - Chris

I really love the channel! my new fav! my grandpa is from hong kong and owned some restaurants in the usa and unfortunately he doesnt like company in the kitchen lol one time i got to see him make me up a vegan dish and i was shocked at how fast it took and how delicious it was. im very much born/raised on fast food and microwave diet of a american child lol but have been learning to cook since i was 13 for better health and am 26 now and can honestly say this is the best cooking channel ive seen!
