David Frazier, a 2023 FREDERIC It List honoree, welcomes us into his cozy, pre-war apartment in NYC’s Greenwich Village neighborhood. Frazier, who hails from the South, describes the aesthetic of his home as ‘country comes to town’ and created a neutral palette with a mix of vintage pieces and antiques that accentuate the charming architectural details.

Just what you's expect from New York. Great taste. The two chairs facing the bed looks like it's for voyeurs. For the kitchen window, some plants or a stained glass window. But all in all, very elegant.
