Good Morning sir, I would like to say thanks to you first of all becoz I have been suffering from sciatic pain for more than 8 years During this year I had consulted couple of ortho doctors they had suggested some excercises after doing that my pain started increasing doubly. So I stopped all prescribed excercises by both One day I was searching on KZbin to get rid of pain fortunately I got a doctor and his mob no. From Jaipur then I spoke to him he advised some excercises which was mind blowing but still I have experience some sort of pain which was quiet mild as compared to previous pain Then again I started surfing fortunately I got to see your video for sciatic pain which is totally done a miracle on my leg sir I mean it ...
