@Aletha yes it starts to pain it goes al the way down my leg plus am shifted to the right. I try doing the Mackenzie flex pain just increase

@@shaffgulamadeen9656 got it. Tension in the hip flexors and piriformis are places that we like to look at first when improving an issue like this. Using pressure to release these areas may be helpful. Maybe don't raise up the chair so high at first. Start off slow by moving it up just a little bit to where your hips are higher than your knees and see how your body feels.
