Doctor i recently got an MRI of my lower back and in that i got L4 L5 AND L5 S1 disc herniation! So doctor what should i need to do in it.. my doctor recommended me to have proper bed rest until the pain is sufficient enough to have physiotherapy! And else what should i do? Plz help its been so long im suffering..
