These questions are all based on paper 1B of the Edexcel IGCSE 9-1 course, which is for both double award and triple award students. Obviously, lots of IGCSE Biology courses are very similar, so it’s probably useful to most students even if studying a different specification.

When answering investigation questions, does our answer have to be in the CORMS arrangement or does it not matter? Thank you

Are you asking about the order that you write the answer points? In which case, no, it doesn't. As long as the information is there somewhere you'll get the marks. Make sure it is in a sensible structure though. Bullet point words/phrases might lose marks if they lack clarity.

You mean, are IGCSE and GCSE Biology questions the same? The specification (the content taught on the courses) may differ slightly but it will be mostly the same style of questions.

quick question: are bullet point sentences accepted as long as they're clear or is it better to write a more discourse-like answer?

Sentences are expected but there is nothing in the mark scheme to say you can’t use bullet points. I would recommend using full sentences unless you are running out of time because students sometimes miss important details when using bullet points.

The exam is the day after tomorrow and I have no idea of how the questions will be as there is no past paper for this current specification, and also can you please tell us if doing the previous specification's past papers will help? I mean they are totally different specifications.

Unfortunately I'm only a teacher and don't have any additional information as to what will be included, only that after looking over past papers for several years, the topics included in this video are common (of course, there are no guarantees). Yes, doing past papers on a previous specification is definitely helpful. GCSE/IGCSE specifications don't change that much from one update to the next so if you prepare with those, it'll be good practice for your upcoming exams. Good luck with your exams!!

Generally a line graph if for showing a change (usually a change over time), while a bar graph is for comparing things in groups/categories.

I would discourage it. It’s easy to miss ideas when using bullet points. Only use them if you’re short on time in an exam.
