I think we should be shown videos by youtubers to learn and there should be less school time because i learned this very quickly here are the things that would change: youtubers like this one will earn more people will memorize stuff better teachers would get some more free time students wont get tired of school and everyone will learn more things in their life in less time
@shamimmemon12802 жыл бұрын
so true
@King_Gate2 жыл бұрын
the thing is, just because there is less school, it doesnt guarentee that everyone will start studying online.
@cabclint2 жыл бұрын
I think it's a bad idea. I watched more than enough stuff online during classes when I was in school a few years ago, I feel like I was already very distracted from the course material. Sure, I could've been learning neat stuff, but in hindsight it's better to just learn your curriculum and get better grades; Get good at learning, there's always things to learn. Never thought I'd say that, but here I am 😂

is it fine to call the pulmonary and aortic valve the "semilunar valve"?
@academicaccount86324 жыл бұрын
Not just "semilunar", they can be called the "pulmonary semilunar valve" and the "aortic semilunar valve" respectively.
@pariluvspookiebears2 жыл бұрын
yeap, it should be okay since my textbook uses the term "semilunar valves" instead of "pulmonary and aortic valve"
@ShazyKazzy6 жыл бұрын
In these IGCSE exams, you don't need to know the specific names of the valves. You can get away with Semi-lunar valves and Atrioventricular valves.

so you’re telling me all i needed to do was draw a square with 4 boxes and arrows and i’d memorize the blood flow through the heart?…i’m actually amazed. thank you for this!!
@clairehafteck4002 Жыл бұрын
the arrows actually sort of look like a heart, if you draw it starting from the bottom, and up from the left side!

hmm, question, I thought the valve separating the atrium and the ventricle was called the atrioventricular valve and the one between the aorta/pulmonary artery and the ventricle was called semi-lunar valve. i would greatly appreciate if you would answer my question , thank you
@Cambridgein5minutes6 жыл бұрын
An atrioventricular valve is a broad term to describe a valve placed in between the atrium and ventricle. The atrioventricular valve on the right side of the heart is called the tricuspid valve, meanwhile the one on the left is called the mitral (bicuspid) valve. Similarly, the semi-lunar valves are a broad term. Both the pulmonary valves and the aortic valves are *examples* of semi-lunar valves. For the sake of IGCSEs it may be OK to go with atrioventricular and semi-lunar valves. But for A-levels and beyond they will want you to use the proper terminology for them :) I hope that answers your question!
