I feel this. I mean literally feel the loop they display in the video. Different things bring this feel on. And I've been feeling it a lot more frequently over the past 1½ to 2 yrs. And the first time that I can remember was approximately 26 years ago. I have a theory on that dance that requires no energy. I believe that it's a clever start to demanding consciousness. I can already see how easy it would be to miss that one. Even if you were tinkering with the idea, I can see how easy it would be to derail yourself before you get anywhere with the idea. Essentially, we could be creating an emotional lifeform. Meh😅
