@levlevin182 Science requires observable evidence. Sure, breathing exercises and stretching help the physical body. But that can be achieved with any other form of exercises. Many things that Yoga teaches as mechanisms of the human body are wrong and do not line up with scientific facts.

The lived experience is before thinking/ beluef. For all of us it is what WE call, sensory, sensation., living sensation. That is lived. What is lived isnotmeasured, only lived.
