The level of stupid of the Borg Queen in this episode is hilarious. 64000 drones vs. 3 former drones? I think they can handle them. It's not like the Borg don't ignore intruders until they have a good reason to consider them a threat.

It very much depends. KZbin has limited 1080p Bitrate recently, delivering high Bitrate only to their premium subscribers. It also depends on the content itself. If you are watching low motion stuff the 1080p Bitrate is "ok" most of the time. I'm this case we are talking about content with film grain (aka lots of moving parts) which is essential for the film-like look star trek Voyager had. The grain gets lost due compression in 1080 completely, is somewhat visible at 1440p due to a more fitting bitrate and is clearly prominent in 2160p where KZbin still has a decent Bitrate in encoding. 😃
