Whenever you advice someone to use turmeric as an anti inflammatory spice make sure that they purchase either raw/fresh turmeric from vegetables store or whole dried turmeric roots and grind them at home because none of the powdered samples are real in market, in fact they contain harmful chemicals which will worsen the inflammation.

Its ok to be intolerant to certain food groups. As long as you are able to incorporate variety in your diet, youare able to access a variety of nutrients. For example, an alternative to citrus fruits are fruits like guava or papaya which are non-citrusy yet great sources of vitamin C.

Diet, avoid urad Dal, if not. Avoid all processed foods, potatoes and similar root based goods, beetroot can be eaten. Try flax seed omega 3 capsules over fish based capsules. It helps.
