Whenever you advice someone to use turmeric as an anti inflammatory spice make sure that they purchase either raw/fresh turmeric from vegetables store or whole dried turmeric roots and grind them at home because none of the powdered samples are real in market, in fact they contain harmful chemicals which will worsen the inflammation.
