I like using aluminum foil tape for my sub holes in baffle when pouring epoxy. Sidewalls of tape are alot stiffer so stay stood up during epoxy process.

25:25 Sweet install on the Rockford T8004. Hopefully those tracks are snug and doesn't rattle. It can definitely be repaired. It does 1 ohm per channel. If they swap to the Sony XM-8ES just remember it's limited to 2 ohm per channel.

Love the baffle. Why not put a couple layers on plastic on the bottom chamber floor. After it starts to harden just pull the plastic out. Doesn’t solve the tape issue but keep the lower chamber nice and clean.

no tape use thin plywood like 1/16th you can get pieces from hobby lobby put the grain crossways to the way your flexing it I am sure you know what I mean by that works great put a thin layer of grease or better use mold release so it will come right out and not stick to epoxy
