Scoliosis is a diagnosis for lateral (sideways) curvature of the spine.
what if Scoliosis isn't only a spine condition, what if it isn't a "single factor problem" but a multi factor one?
At Sterling Structural therapy (SST) we have had numerous clients with varying degrees of curvature/severity, achieve excellent results at greatly diminishing or completely getting rid of the multitude of pain/limitations/symptoms, by addressing the systemic Fascia restrictions that we see as a part of scoliosis.

Great Explanation and demonstration. You have a common sense approach, but unfortunately, what makes sense, is not common any more. Keep up the videos. Perhaps showing a glimpse of what a typical examination/assessment might consist of?
