I love how you are producing your videos whilst barefeet. You are grounded and in contact with nature.

I had this a few years back, never went to a Dr.. I don’t trust any medical doctor bc they don’t help you heal only treat.. but I had gotten many massages for it and my chiropractor gave me to exercises to do and boy they were so painful but I pushed through it and today I am pain free..

That’s perfect, show us how to get it right please

At that point it is person specific 🙏 we simply wanted to educate people that if they keep getting treated at the shoulder itself, and the results are not happening to look elsewhere, or look for a practitioner that is trained to assess where the issue is coming from. 🙏

I had a left arm frozen shoulder that after 3 years of physical therapy and injections and all that wouldn't work properly. I ended up doing surgery and they had to pump my joint with fluid and pull my arm all over the place to mobilise it. Now, almost 2 years after that bad experience, ai started to feel the symptoms in my right shoulder. This time I immediately started doing acupuncture and the standard work with weights I did post surgery. Within a week all the tension and pain were gone. I don't know what the SST system is doing exactly, but for me accupuncture and regular training did wonders.

@@Life360Summit but pelvic floor is inside?
@Life360Summit3 жыл бұрын
@@TheBandoury it is LITERALLY the floor of your spine/pelvis ... we have had phenomenal results with a multitude of pelvic floor dysfunction‘s, anywhere from chronic pelvic floor pain, to even prolapse!! We never of course do anything directly to the pelvic floor... we balance out the pelvis the feet which are basically the support system for those poor straining muscles... and the pelvic floor dysfunctions/problems... greatly improve, and in some cases literally go away. If you do a KZbin search “Fascia chronic pain”, you’ll see one of our presentations, right in the middle of that presentation we use a visual to explain the way we work... the “Fascia suit” ... at your convenience take a look, it might go along way in helping you understand how different our methodology is 🙂

Whether pain is primarily fascial origin how will u know? Suppose there is test for neural structure like SLR.

That’s a great question! The truth is you cannot now, the best you can do is follow a strategy that produces results, the rest is all theory.

You mean it could be result of restriction anywhere else along that line. Pinpointing can be tough, just stretch wherever you feel tight and see what works. Or when you receive a massage or something find out where it is tight and see loosening that part out makes any difference. Does that make any sense ? Just curious
@Life360Summit3 жыл бұрын
That’s a good question, however it is more complex of an answer than that 🙂 ... because often times the areas that people “feel” are the symptomatic areas... which are literally never where the issue is coming from. Not sure that was helpful? 😉🙏 But it is the truth

Look elsewhere for the 'cause'. Many shoulder issues stem from diminished organ mobility/motility, especially the influence of the liver. Free up the liver per the Visceral Manipulation coursework of Dr. JP Barral DO and see improvement in both shoulders, ribcage etc. Adding additional expertise in your Manual Therapy 'toolbox' is vital. Recommend learning Neural Reset Therapy, the work of Lawrence Woods LMT. ......As Therapists, let's focus on hands on early onset corrections before steroid injections, and total joint replacements & CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome) scenarios prevail.
