Bro what a dream project !!!!! You gotta get your numbers up tho , you already know HK has taken this single cylinder to 40WHP+ so you having a twin you should at least consider 70WHP (I know easier said than done) Good luck with the tuning , can't wait to see what you end up with :)))

hk is the wizard and has so much experience and skill :) Also, ive yet to see a twin bypass 55whp. yet. Trans tuning is very tricky with the twins.

I want to build one of those for my aerox eventually. Though I will have to extend the engine mounts otherwise the outer cylinder will hit the frame. If you ask MVT they will custom build you an ignition for the twin with charging, but you have to use translate because they only speak french

Yo what up? A very important queation about the malossi belt. We have shops selling belts her but the thing is that the are very har material. Looks like knock off. The belt keeps on slippping in the rear pully. Example you pull the drive open with everthing mounted and the belt juat slides back to the top of the drive. It doesnt even stick one bit in a place in the ramp in the drive. This ramain even after running the belt for some days even 2 weeks after 2 weeks. The packageof this minarelli aerox belt comes in s big rectangular and has a plastic hanger on it. Please tell. Me if you know is there are knock offs on the market and if you noticed and experianced this same slipping shitty problem. Im from Suriname South America. Daily im Working on scooter by the way. Many thanx. Hope you can investigate this

@@Scooterswapshop i have seen a aluminuimnkit that looks like the malossi. At BDC the transfer wher 2.3mm cmosed. Tge had had nog special shapen and pistonnto wall clearance was too big. Maybe it was that one.

Any custom two stroke setup needs a custom pipe. Off-the-shelf pipes work, but they're never as good as they could be.
