It wasn't truly out of nowhere. If you really pay attention to Love is an Open Door, there's a double meaning that many people don't catch until after they finish the movie. Anna sings it as in she's ready to be in love. Hans sings it as in "Anna being in love with me is an open door to the throne".

Interesting to note: When it comes to voice acting, we’re aware the actors don’t always appear together in the same recording booth as they always record separately with only the director and techie. However, since the story revolves around the sisters Anna and Elsa. Their respective voice actors always recorded many of their lines together. And to me, that gives off ambience and realism in a conversation.

The Chant at the beginning was from a choir from the Sami Nation, which also provided the look for the Ice Harvesters. The gloves themselves were never magical, they just provided a psychological effect, probably a feeling of a barrier. A phycologist might be able to provide a better explanation. "Let it go" changed to whole story. Before the early versions of it were being circulated, the idea was to make Elsa the villain. The shackles Elsa woke up in were actually fairy common for the time and were intended to keep prisoners from picking the locks or grabbing or fashioning weapons. When they were first writing Frozen, they considered several different explanations for Elsa's magic but settled on "she was born with it" since it was least likely to distract from the relationship between her and Anna. The had no idea how successful the movie would be.
@blackwhiteblackgrey17 сағат бұрын
I think Elsa not being able to use her powers through the gloves has something to do with what Grand Pabbie said. Fear is her enemy. The gloves make her feel reassured.

Frozen was phenomenon in my childhood. This movie is a lot like “Wicked” I’ve never seen wicked but I’ve read the Plot and It’s good. The main Characters are Played Idina Menzel, Both of them are misunderstood, Both have sister, Magic Powers. 5:26 Hunchback of Notre dame is Amazing but Dark. So Disney isn’t all Rainbows and Happy endings. Especially Early Disney. 6:57 Flynn and Rapunzel. 10:20 Disney is making fun of The Older Disney Princess movies, With Marry on Site. Elsa’s Ice powers are explained in Frozen 2. 13:08 Hans Had a Great plan but He told Anna. 17:45 I sleep with my socks on cause my feet are cold and Feet fetish’s exist. 20:29 I like the heat more than the cold. 21:09 A Swedish Dish, I think? 22:28 I was Born With Also Platinum blonde hair, and It got darker as I aged. 29:53 That’s What outside looked like, Two weeks ago. Are you familiar with the troll villain theory? It posits that the trolls are the true villains of the film since Disney villains voice their intentions in song and the trolls explicitly disregard her engagement and have experience manipulating human memory and emotions. Worth looking into deeper if you're curious.

Don't take this at face value, but Anna has a lot in common with Stolas. The empathetic personality, how they were raised isolated from connection (except Anna had loving parents), and the way they view the world is too similar not to notice. They also assumed "true love" was not just a fairy tale and occurred when meeting their soulmates for a few hours.
@alexthedaydreamer36 минут бұрын
6:05 That type of incident can stay in a child's mind for a very long time and usually carries into adulthood without proper love and care provided by guardians. If she lived with the notion that she'll hurt people if she doesn't keep her powers in check, then she believes she will only hurt anyone and everyone she comes into contact with. Especially her sister! Sure, the incident was pretty bad, but Anna forgot about it, and they could've moved on from it given the fact that the memory was taken away. But instead, the parents ruined the sisters' relationship through separation. That red-themed vision was also the type of prophetic image that can only happen if Elsa chose to live in fear and doubt of who she was. (Again, the parents helped let that happen...)
