bah, its a shame it was built with Chinese knockoff turbo components. No name intercooler, BoV pipe has crazy porosity in the alum welds, and the cherry on top is the TURBOCHARGER turbo. love those. hey, at least u can built it all again in 5 months!

If you live in Germany you can go to Oettinger. They'll do it for you. If you don't live there they might ship a kit. Check them out at oettinger (dot) com. Their website is in English. Although the Mk1, Mk 2 and Mk3 aren't on their product list anymore, I'm pretty sure they can help you out because they used to tune them. They even had their own Mk1 Golf called the Oettinger 16s.

todo esta muy bien, pero no arreglaron motor y cabeza segun lo que mire, con el turbo son + caballos , cuanto durara asi? otra cosa y los sellos del block creo ni nuevos los pusieron, buen aumento de caballos pero mal manera de armar.

Salut, pamal ton moteur, c'est un kit laurent-motors ??, Tu la trouver ou le downpipe et combien ??? tu est réglé combien de bar ?? sinon pamal, propre et marche bien ;)

Passer un bloc atmo en bloc turbo?... Tendu, pas de gicleurs spécifiques pour lubrifier les cylindres et le refroidissement du bloc est légèrement différent,, et surtout pistons, soupapes et segmentation différent carrément en résistance, un coup à fumer le bloc comme j'en ai déjà vu faire...

super boulot mec;mon reve,faire la meme chose avec ma volvo V40 de 1999,c'est un 1.6 16V,j'adore cette caisse,l'ai eue neuve mais c'est un veau!!la pauvre!!j'aurai aimé le modele T4 de 200CH turbo mais a l'epoque trop chere.Par contre j'ai 193M au compteur et l'embrayage stock....je sais qu'avec un bon set up sur un 4 cyl,surtout Volvo,tu peux vraiment sortir du poney..!!T'en pense quoi..??
