Hey there! Brilliant work done! Please consider to change your catch can or modify it. It has a brass filter which is very restrictive, and making a lot of pressure inside crankcase! Better delete it and fill with stainless steel sponge or buy PROVENT catch can.

That thing sounds sooo much better then all the Suped up 2.0l GTIs, and my god does that thing move when the boost comes on, no wonder the price of the MK4 and MK5 R32's keep going up in price.. wish i would have kept my 2001.5 Audi S4 because they are going up in price too. both highly saught after german tuners thouhg so i get it.. BTW I cant believe that you do so much of the fabrication/welding yourself.. your a straight bad ass.

Hey. Thanks. There is a video with my fitting them. Think it’s episode 4 or 5. The injectors were direct fit but I had to wire in pigtail connectors which isn’t that bad tbf.

Mk5 r32s had forged and cast crankshafts, the cast ones were known to break even with stock power. Altough some guys run forged crank and rods with stock piston 1000hp

Mk5 only come with cast cranks. It’s the mk4 engines that had forged cranks.

@@OctaneFever i think the first few mk5 engines also had forged ones, although very rare. Other guys change the cast one for the forged 2.8 VR6 crank what makes the R32 an 3litre engine

For a a mk5 engine around 15psi on pump fuel. And mpg are never good. I average about 19mpg but obviously long motor runs I get about 25mpg

That was because I was just on a base map. Probably only about 300ish bhp. Checkout some of my later videos now it’s properly mapped!

The location for the lambda sensors isn’t good, you’ll only be measuring the afr of 2 cylinders. Good video though 👍

This is what the tuner requested. With these vr6 engines there are pros and cons to both putting it in the manifold vs in the downpipe. Because there is a cold cylinder and a hot which isn’t measured if you put them in the downpipe. What’s most important is what your tuner requests.
