Yep had the dreaded inner ear issue myself. At one stage was so bad I had to cling onto walls when taking the Mrs shopping lol. Good news is it does go away. It’s like your balance has to recalibrate with new dimensions. Like being pissed without drinking lol. I found that taking very short rides helped me. Literally round block in first. I also found it flairs up with change of seasons. It’s all about little hairs in inner ear. There’s great exercises on KZbin for “recalibrate inner ear “. If all else fails there’s always the world of trikes and Can ams:-)) xx feel better soon

Hello Kate have a great trip 😊😊😎, you’ve missed out the biggest essential for riding in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Mossi spray 👍 lived there for 10 years and always took Jungle Formula 50 % deet spray , being in the Marines at the time I used it in far away Asian places and works a treat in bonnie Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 😊😊👍

Will be interesting to see where you are going when you head off up my way. Where are you planning to go while in Scotland? You should do the Green Welly at Tyndrum and nip across the road to the Real Food Cafe - highly recommended. Are you sure it's Labyrinthitis? I thought I was suffering from that for a while but then had it diagnosed as "BPPV" by my chiropractor. If it's BPPV then you could try looking up the "Epley maneuver" for solving it.

As you’re trialing the ruroc helmets why aren’t you using the integrated headsets as apposed to the cardo systems?

I dont get on with it on a comms front. It's great for a decent volume when playing music and listening to Google maps but the intercom seems delayed and we just didn't gel with it hence the cardo 😊

That helmet of yours is a stunning colour. I'd have that one myself, although in fat head size! (XXL Helmets seem to be annoyingly rare for good designs!!). I saw on instagram you're back on 2 wheels, glad to hear it! Looking forward to this vlog, too. The last Scotland trip was brilliant.

don't forget your shewee 😅 as a pillion bet you wish you had the cushions for the vario topbox, also bin bag the tent, otherwise you may be getting to your site with a wet one, I usually put mine in my waterproof lomo bag.

Interested in your thoughts on the Atlas4 helmets, especially Mike’s, as I also have a fat head. 😜 Was talking to a mate last week who is a dentist and he suggested your issues might be related to wisdom teeth, especially top ones, if they are on the move right now? Might not be but might be something to look into.

I'm liking the atlas 4 so far. Especially after discovering the foam has peelable layers so you can customise the thickness of the padding in different areas! The dizziness has stopped thankfully, all it took was 2 months! 😅

Just got back from a camping Trip to Cadwell from Scotland and there’s a few items in there I had with me as well: Vango Kibale TC (Tent) Snugpak Sleeping Bag Thermarest Camping Matt Jetboil Headtorch Vango Stove Pots & Pans Set Anker Battery Bank BigBlue Solar Panel to charge the battery bank through the day when I wasnt riding. Have a great time.

@@125ZJK 😀 i think about to "lower" my 125cc with a kajak-load and "beach equipment" -belive or not i readed ~125km/h (90miles?) all together 144kg bikewight + me +backpack and windimpacts ,sure loud it was (NL limit is 100-130km/h motorways legal !)
