Muriel Gray takes on the Five Sisters of Kintail, another of Scotland's great outings. This fantastic ridge walk offers five peaks, three of which (Sgùrr na Ciste Duibhe (3,369), Sgùrr na Càrnach (3,287) and Sgùrr Fhuaran (3,501)) are considered Munros.
