I met Scott in the early 80's. He had just moved to Tennessee and he was going out with a friend of mine, Kim, in Rogersville. I'm not sure how many times they went out but remember people saying he'd moved here from California. He was definitely handsome way back then. Condolences to his family

Please who ever post these great classics. My dad and grandpa raced Ohio late models for years. And local favorites and greats like the Boggs conleys or other small teams that banged out races, his name was Gary Ute, orange 04 with thumper on it I believe. Please if you find a classic video and can post it, as Gary Ute highlights or something simple. I’m not great with computers, and I’ve searched for years for newspaper prints or videos and there isn’t any I’ve found

What years did he race, and what tracks did he go to? I have other races I've not posted.
