Do a live build, make the video, then we all can see. It sounds like a cool event.

Also those old school specialized cranks are arguably the most attractive crank arm design ever.

I think you’re gonna love that Jack rack. I’ve been running one on my 90 Diamondback Apex and one on my fixie since receiving them over a year ago (I was a Kickstarter backer) and I LOVE them. I’ve got a third one just waiting for the right bike 🤔

Don't know why I didn't notice it earlier, but I just noticed the song when you're installing the chain :)

Another great build. I have a WALD 137 half basket with my Jack the bike Rack. It's a perfect fit 👌

Those Zitto brakes may be great. If they work for you, that’s great. I should note, though, that Shimano MT200/201 brakes are cheap and excellent. I even used them on a recent moderately-blingy build. Perfect.

I’ve used MT200s a bunch and I’ll continue but I rarely see them under £40. £20 savings can be a lot for people and so far I rate them. (P.S £20 is a lot for me 😂)

Mt200's are available from the express site for about a tenner more than the ztto's. Could be worth looking at? Not mentioning the site directly as my comment seems to keep getting deleted & think that's why lol

I've been watching your videos for a while and been thinking about building my own classic bike but I don't know what I should be watching out for when buying 2nd hand bikes specially when it comes to the frame and parts compatibility.

Hi Craig, enjoy your vids and explanation/run through the builds! They motivate to do some wrenching 🛠 Not a request but I was wondering if there's a possibility to explain during one of your builds how to change the cassette from the "old" 8 speeds to 9-10-11 or even 12 speeds, which one to use on which hub. Also I'm interested in what kind of tools you're using. Cheers and keep the builds rolling!

Hey Craig love the videos ! You inspired me to build a bike to use as a commuter for uni. I got a 90s raleigh mirage and done it all up ! I even got one of your stickers on it !. Bit of a long shot but do you have any front racks youd sell cheap as im on a tight budget. Cheers !!!!

I bought an ebike with no name hydraualic brakes. The levers were on the wrong side for me. All I had to do to swap them was undo the nut at the lever, pull the line out and plug it back in on the other side. No bleeding necessary.

Sweet build!! Any plans to address / clear coat the bare metal where the frame was welded? It’d be such a shame if it rusted

New here really enjoying the content man! Looking at getting back into biking. Currently ride a Honda ruckus everywhere and car sometimes in the US. But I’ve never really been happy with the ruckus since I got it. Currently searching market place for a decent bike to build up to the “perfect ish commuter” My commute is 12 miles each way so definitely have to build up strength and endurance first and get back into shape. Any advice is welcomed, cheers mate.

If you do a live build you should have the people there decide what parts to put on the bike. Similar to your Instagram stories.

When you say "too small", what do you mean? Folks usually get lower back pain because those muscles are working over time to keep your body upright, and that happens when you're stretched out. Meaning when your bike is too big for you. So, maybe it's time to talk to a doctor? Could be a sign of something serious?
