They were banking on keeping the name and probably trying to use Mel's connections to continue doing business. I believe that when Martell sold his interest in Scholt, Mel pulled her business connections out at the same time. Then you add Martell and Mel buying the 47 acres because Mel discovered that the Scotts were trying to pull a fast one with the loan to purchase the 47 acres (which would have Martell and Mel being financially responsible for the loan....Mel said if we're going to be left holding the bag, we might as well hold the entire bag...let's buy it before someone else does). They started plotting then to bring the Holts down...they focused on their mission and nothing else; and, they are still focused on it. Dumb (Marsau) and Dumber Latisha) leading the pack.

The show is off balance. What separates Real Housewives & LMH is that the housewives are all successful women who ALL participate and bring their storylines on the table. If Carlos continues this way, this show might just end cause the viewers are getting tired. Latisha is jealous of Melody because deep down she knows her husband wants Melody.

Picture this Marsau was always available when Martell and Melody were having Marital problems, he went over to calm situations. I believe Mel had a moment with Marsau confiding in him (maybe), it went further. Apparently Martell was told by one or both of them. Tisha doesn't know. Martell is waiting to expose this but out of brotherhood he's kept it quiet. Drops hints about Melody slept with a personal friend in a rant..last reunion he almost told it he accused Marsau of meeting up w her. That's when it clicked for me. Before season 4 Marsau would light up every time Mel walked in the room. 2 times they met at Holt & Holt on camera just them. You could see it in his eyes infatuation last time he had a bottle of their champagne told Tisha he wanted her to promote their product. MS WANDA exposed it in Season 3 on their patio. Next season Tisha has a stylist, she's running Sholt. And now "I'm a Leader" after he treated her like c shyt in Vegas wouldn't renew his vows. Yeah. Tisha put her foot down. So now he hates Melody. 😒 nahhhh that ain't it. He's bitter bc Melody cut him off too. Melody might have never slept with Marsau but just the idea they ever slipped up and shared a intimate moment would drive Tisha insane. Martell might just make it happen. Guess what Melody don't even care. Who'd believe it? That's a good story 👌

While they plot on Mel she is laser focused on her business and children and is getting her ducks in a row for a prosperous life after she departs the show. I think the reason he sued Zen Gardens to get funds to pay back that loan she got. Which won’t work because he’s being sued for breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation and damages. He clearly breached his contract. Zen had to hire a project management firm to finish the apartment complex and what work Marsau did was not code compliant and had to be redone. They are in big trouble. They are not being honest and are being deceptive.

This show is just trash. Marsau and Tisha’s so called property looks the same as it did in 2019, a bunch of dirt, boulders and trees. I don’t know about you family, but what have they built thus far? I must be missing something. Everybody on this show has nothing to offer except Melody. She’s the only one I’ve seen that has anything going for her. The rest are just jealous of Mel and her mom. They are haters and just like to keep ish going. So much negativity. I hope it gets canceled at some point.
