Maybe that blow will mess up your sinus for a long time, especially the amount and quality he was using. I use to do blow and once I quit after a year I started to feel affected on the inside of my nose. It would burn or itch and I’d wake up and sneeze blood. After 5 years I feel much better and never touched that crap again. Of course I wasn’t doing the quality stuff he was doing but still felt the effects. I’ve heard of people done it for so long even after quitting for 10 plus years their nose is still messed up and their sleep is messed up too.
