12 minutes will need to be very intensive. At 15lbs dumbbells you will need to compensate with another way to create progressive overload. I guess here by having little rest time.

SCOTT thank you for creating a video that i can train "with you " for motivation at home. It isnt just a tell me why video but the actual exercise and time. I am so glad i found this video. I need the personal motivation at home and this is it. These are great weight lbs. Some people tend to think you have to have crazy heavy weight to build which is such a myth. Thank you again.

@@walkingtour2026 Yes sir. Today is back and shoulder day: Dead lift Military Lat pulldown Row Face pull Shrugs 30-40 sets total, in and out in about an hour. I used to do all kinds of crazy stuff but I never got the look I wanted because I was kind of pacing my self and not going as heavy as I should in order to do all the stuff I wanted to do. Now it's full out (most days, some I just don't have it), focus on form, and get out. Keep it simple for sure. Peace Brother!

Never have I thought about doing two dumbells with the tricep extension. I feel so dumb now having plateaued on a 30lbs dumbell. YA MAKIN ME SMAAATTAHHHH PAH

This feels like HIIT workout that I used to join, like BodyPump, but harder. Will do this but I will probably modify the diamond pushups to normal push ups. Thanks for the vid man! :)

Normal push ups dont target triceps so well. I suggest doing them with your knees on the ground

If you want to hit those triceps more, make sure you hit the diamond push-ups man! If you have a problem with your wrists in that position, try using bars or dumbbells to hold if you have them!

Those 12 mins were Gahbage hahahee only kidding ScottLad, that was brill work and immediately know real high intensity training.....for the arms especially. I've felt and done a nasty 10 min burning non backto back workout a few week ago I could barely pull or push a door when I finished it

Scott plz reply to this question Is it ok or even good to train different muscles on different day like biceps and chest on monday triceps and back on Tuesday and then repeat or some other exercise on wednesday for different muscle and then repeat ? Because i have recently joined a gym yet and it has been a week and i m doing the same exercise for biceps and chest expansion for the whole previous week and this too..it is fine if i train different muscles on different days but in a pattern ???

Yes you can train different muscles on different days. Just make sure you're hitting your legs too! Not just upper body. Something like a PPL split or a full body split work really well. I have programs for both on my app! muscularstrength.com/phoneapp

I've been doing this every other day to give my arms time to rebuild and it's been around two weeks now and I am already saying a pretty decent muscle growth for only 2 weeks. I rock 15lb the whole time if anyone is wondering

Tried it with my regular 12kg dumbbells; quickly realised that was a mistake. Had to drop down to 8kg by second round. Awesome pump 💪

Hello, I got a question which is bugging me, I started to workout only for a week and my weight was 58 kg (I'm skinny fat). After a week I gained 4.5 kg like: I gained 1 kg a day, then next day my weight stayed the same then next day I gained another kg. I weight myself everytime before I workout not after. So, my question is: Did I do it right ? P/s: even though I gained 4.5 kg but I don't see much changes in my size. You are over thinking it. Weigh yourself once a week, if that. You really are overthinking and expecting too much too soon.

That massive change you noticed is probably mostly water weight. Jay is right, weigh yourself once per week. No need to check it daily

Hey! How do you choose the weight??? Only 15 lbs seem weird. I just did biceps triceps Today. I screwed it so bad, i have to do it all over again tomorow. THANKS!! You could have told me earlier!!😉😁😘

Just choose a weight that is challenging but where you can still perform all of your sets with proper form!

Hello everyone, i know this has nothing to do with the video but i just wanted to see if someone can help me. Last year i was 60 kg bulking up to currently 80kg and 6'2 tall on a lean bulk. But the last few weeks i've hit a plateau where i'm almost force feeding myself everyday and still not gaining weight. (Even with the help of mass gainers etc.) Also i finally tourned my nutrition around and i like the healthy food a lot more than before. And i'm asking myself if i should dirty bulk to get the last few kg's about to 88kg (But i really wanna keep eating healthy) or are there any other options? Please let me know :)

Andre is right - you gotta eat man! If you aren't gaining weight, it means you need to eat MORE. Maybe try making yourself some shakes so you can get easy calories down! Are you using the meal planner on my app to track too? muscularstrength.com/phoneapp
