12 minutes will need to be very intensive. At 15lbs dumbbells you will need to compensate with another way to create progressive overload. I guess here by having little rest time.

@@walkingtour2026 Yes sir. Today is back and shoulder day: Dead lift Military Lat pulldown Row Face pull Shrugs 30-40 sets total, in and out in about an hour. I used to do all kinds of crazy stuff but I never got the look I wanted because I was kind of pacing my self and not going as heavy as I should in order to do all the stuff I wanted to do. Now it's full out (most days, some I just don't have it), focus on form, and get out. Keep it simple for sure. Peace Brother!

Normal push ups dont target triceps so well. I suggest doing them with your knees on the ground

If you want to hit those triceps more, make sure you hit the diamond push-ups man! If you have a problem with your wrists in that position, try using bars or dumbbells to hold if you have them!

Scott plz reply to this question Is it ok or even good to train different muscles on different day like biceps and chest on monday triceps and back on Tuesday and then repeat or some other exercise on wednesday for different muscle and then repeat ? Yes you can train different muscles on different days. Just make sure you're hitting your legs too! Not just upper body. Something like a PPL split or a full body split work really well. I have programs for both on my app! muscularstrength.com/phoneapp

Hello, I got a question which is bugging me, I started to workout only for a week and my weight was 58 kg (I'm skinny fat). After a week I gained 4.5 kg like: I gained 1 kg a day, then next day my weight stayed the same then next day I gained another kg. I weight myself everytime before I workout not after. So, my question is: Did I do it right ? P/s: even though I gained 4.5 kg but I don't see much changes in my size. Well sure chest bigger arms bigger, legs bigger, but they are not that much different from when my weight is 60 to 62.5 kg Sorry my poor english

Hello everyone, i know this has nothing to do with the video but i just wanted to see if someone can help me. Last year i was 60 kg bulking up to currently 80kg and 6'2 tall on a lean bulk. But the last few weeks i've hit a plateau where i'm almost force feeding myself everyday and still not gaining weight. (Even with the help of mass gainers etc.) Also i finally tourned my nutrition around and i like the healthy food a lot more than before. And i'm asking myself if i should dirty bulk to get the last few kg's about to 88kg (But i really wanna keep eating healthy) or are there any other options? Please let me know :)
