I wanted to ask you a question. I started working out about a month and a half ago and my body has changed , but nothing crazyI want to know if this is the normal process. Ok so I'm 16 and weigh 132 pounds Most days I would eat oatmeal with a banana and apple that i put in there with some protein powder. Then just a Turkey and cheese sandwich later. After that I'll make myself scrambled eggs probably 3 or 4. And whatever my mother makes for dinner which is pretty healthy. Fruits and veggies for snacks. Ok so my workout plan. Mon. Chest bicep Tue. Back tricep Wed. Shoulders legs Thur. Chest bicep Fri. Back tricep Sat. Shoulder legs Sun. Rest day 4 excercises for each muscle group that day and 4 sets for each excercise. Should I change anything? Would be really helpful to receive input

I'm unfortunately not allowed by my doctor to do excersies that applies pressure over my stomach because I've a condition called gastroesophageal reflux disease and pressure over the stomach may worsen it. So I'm not sure that I can follow along with an excersie like this. I also have way too much fat over my abs. So even if I did it, it wouldn't show.

Scott, about a week ago i was deadlifting with shit form (i recorded myself and noticed later) and now my lower back is hurting. i’ve read some stuff online and some way to do light weight deadlifts and that will help while others say to avoid the exercise by all means until the pain goes away... what do you think i should do? my lower back really hurts. please help. thanks.
