Man i love Scott so much i always watch you and support you. Even all my freinds are watching you, keep it up man we always need you its like a familly now. I have a question that i never knew the answer since i dont trust any channel but this. Its the love handles, im a skinny fat guy whos 16 years old and im 68 kg and 1'75 meters but my upper body is good and the only issue is that my glutes and love handles are waaay to big and i have no idea what to do. I hope you can help us out with a video or tell me what to do and ill share it everywhere. Thank you Scottyy. Make it HAAAAADAAAH!!
@ScottHermanFitness5 жыл бұрын
Well, you can target your love handles my friend. If you want to get rid of them, you have to lose fat overall. For you though, being 16, you probably need to stay in a surplus as you continue to grow - if you still get a bit taller (which you definitely might) then the love handles might not really be there or be as prevalent anymore!
@Rain-bk7zm5 жыл бұрын
@@ScottHermanFitness Oh but for now since im working out at home, like im doing some push ups pull ups burpees squats bicep curls. What ecercices should i add to target my love handles, thats my issue idk which exercies are good.. i only do planks and stomach vacuums for my abs.

Impressive contents as always, Scott! What I like about you is that you always get back to your viewers in these KZbin chats!!! It really shows how authentic you are with us! I appreciate you getting back to me the other day on saying to take 1.2-1.5 grams of protein per lean mass, but being 340 and 40% bodyfat, do I do the same for carbs and fats, like .5 grams and .3 grams per lean body mass and maybe on off days I keep the carbs to .25 or stick to veggies all day instead??
@ScottHermanFitness5 жыл бұрын
Those are probably good targets to go after! Fat could be a little higher than 0.3g though, fat could even be up to 0.5g meaning you can lower carbs even further! Have you downloaded my app so you can start using the meal planner too? muscularstrength.com/phoneapp
@mcashlandfelix12865 жыл бұрын
I appreciate it, Scott! So I can do the fats and carbs according to lean body mass or bodyweight? And for water, should I aim for more than .5 of my bodyweight or I can drink more ? I'm at 340, so it's a whole lots of water drinking.
