Scottish Traditional Fruit Loaf 5 Minute Tea Loaf

Hey apologies for the KZbin silence I've been away on holiday eating my way around France lol! I hope your all fine and I hop eyou enjoy this delicious super quick 5 minute Tea Loaf recipe! You could try using different dried fruits in here and different spices and if you have any stale pieces don't forget to toast them and eat them up with hot custard! Angie, I've just made the fruit loaf in the air fryer, I thought my loaf tin would have fit in on an angle but with it having a bit of a lip on both sides it was a bit too wide. I should have tried it first before i put it in the tin itself. Anyway i had to use a round one instead so it was a bit thin with it being a bigger tin. It's the first time I've made a cake in the air fryer. When I took it out the tin the bottom was very white so I put it back in for a bit longer. Anyway i cut into it and it's really nice, I'm going to have to look for a different tin. This is the nicest fruit loaf recipe I've come across. I just thought i would let you know Sandra

Hi Angie, I've just got a cosori dual blaze so I'm going to make it again because it was nice. On the dual blaze it's got two elements and it hasn't got a basket inside just a crisper plate, also it's slightly larger and my loaf tin will fit in
