Scottrade HughesNet Fix For Streaming Quotes

The Scottrade Scottrader trading platform will not give live, streaming quotes in real time unless a simple change is made to your HughesNet system. In this video I show you how to perform this change, simple and easy. I found this fix by toying around with my system because HugheNet technical support had NO CLUE how to do it... go figure.
Your system may be a little different, but the same principle applies, which is: disable TurboPage in the system configuration pane.
