It's not hard to avoid filler words when you have a script since what you have to say it's preplanned. You'll see this kind of thing for most people who have fully scripted content. I'm the same way, on camera with a script I have no filler words other than what I intentionally script in, irl I'm a stuttering filler word nightmare

Dude, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT sleep on the Five Below pickups. Years ago, I picked up a new copy of Chulip on the PS2. I never played it or even opened it, so like 5 years ago, I just gave it to my brother, as just a throwaway game (this was a few years before I started collecting games). My brother hasn't opened it ether, so now sitting in my brother's bookshelf, while he couldn't care less about retro games, is like a 400 dollar video game. Every time I go over there, I'm like subtly trying to convince him to give it back to me. "Man, you still got your PS2 games? Why even?" (Meanwhile at my place, I have like 300). It's alright that he has it, he's my brother after all, but there could be a day I go over there, and he'll be like "Just gave away a lot of my stuff to Goodwill, including those old PS2 games. Now I have a bit more space." And I'll be like in tears.
@CharlesBrusch3 жыл бұрын
@The tricky tick I've told him, but since he's not a video game guy really, he kinda blows it off. I don't think he truly GETS video game collecting, how older, more primitive games can be worth more than new games that are coming out today. I'll have to explain more indepth about how things like rarity, sealed games vs. open ones, complete copies, etc. can really boost the value up. I mean, dude collected sports cards as a kid, I don't know why he is so hesitant to believe me when I try to explain video game collecting and values to him.

"SSX was another game I got because it looked like garbage" As a long time SSX fan, ouch, it hurts. But I can't disagree, while I don't find it total garbage it's nowhere near as good as the early 2000s SSX games. Those games were some of the most Nintendo-like non-Nintendo games out there, just pure fun and easy to pick up but hard to master. I have heard the old devs have formed a new studio and is planning to make something similar to the old games so I cautiously optimistic and hoping we'll get something good because the current snowboarding games like Steep and the soon to be released Riders Republic doesn't come close to the gameplay of the original SSX games.

Like the bitbox from stoneagegamer, they can print artwork for the cases and the boxes fit both gameboy adanvce and gameboy. They also can hold the manual. Only problem they are kinda expensive and take up more space, seeing as how each game would take up shelf space. There are others then just bitbox but thats what I use for my collection
