Happy for you two! I recently was asked by my nephew and his fiance to officiate their wedding and did phone sessions to plan with them. During the conversation with both of them separately to discuss their vows, they both were stressed about making them perfect and I told each of them that one of the beautiful things about being human is that we are perfectly imperfect, and that the vows are a moment in time and they have a lifetime together to tell each other how much the love and mean to one another. Wow! The way these two come across as such sweet caring individuals. They belong together. Scotty must have had a feeling that Mike was the one and he made an excellent choice. Back when Scotty had that down time, Mike stood by him. It's almost impossible to state how important that is. Mike could have gotten fed up as I am sure Scotty wasn't easy to live with while suffering so and Mike could have walked out the door. It's a statement of Mike's character. It would take three lifetimes of love and devotion for Scotty to pay him back.😊 BTW, whatever y'all decide to wear for your wedding, I hope y'all dress in identical suits. I think whatever wedding theme you choose, wherever you choose to do it will be beautiful. Scott, cake is important. You be you and enjoy it..😜. Both of you remember, the day is all about you, so despite the stress of planning, make sure you get what YOU both want. Of course we'll all want to see the celebration, and it's important that gay weddings are shown to help 'normalise' them, but filming I think isn't something for you to prioritise on the day. Can you afford a professional to do it? (Or have a good friend record it). I remember a wedding where the couple were so caught up in the day, they were surprised how much they had missed or forgotten that they could later look back on in the clips.
