White lithium grease is terrible, it gets everywhere you don't want it and never flows where'it's needed. Stopped using it years ago. There are better options. Plus it doesn't last long nor work that well. Done with it.
@JPinMotion4 жыл бұрын
@@sheiladawg1664 Is Silicone Spray a good substitute?
@savaros13 жыл бұрын
@@sheiladawg1664 The point is that it doesn't flow so that it stays in place and doesn't all flow away, allows for it to be effective for longer. Other lubricants are better if you're trying to just spray a general area
@sheiladawg16643 жыл бұрын
@@savaros1 It's hardly effective if it doesn't get where it needs to be. You spray the outside of a squeaky hinge, it stays right there, on the outside of the hinge. As an assembly lube maybe so but you don't buy assembly lube in spray cans with spray tubes, it's not the intended purpose.

I’m 17 years old and have never paid a mechanic a dollar to repair my car thanks to you Scotty 👌🏽. I have a 2000 Toyota Celica. It was complete trash when I got it but I’m broke and need something reliable. Anyways I got it and changed my serpentine belt, valve cover gasket, a coil, spark plugs, oil& oil filter, fuses, tail lights, and brake drums. I changed the ventilation hose & gas cap on my own. Only time I paid for someone to help was to weld a new catallic converter(100$) and for someone to change my tires(80$) . It now runs like brand new at 242,000 miles and I’m going to paint it soon ! Will change the coolant, brake fluid, and air filter soon ! Saved me hundreds of dollars
