This ruling breaks my heart. I'm nauseous. I was taught to call the president Mister like any other adult. That he is no different than any other citizen. Today that ended and it's just not fair. Fortunately for We the People, the Supreme Court cannot overrule the United States Constitution with Bill of Rights; cite: Article VI, Paragraph 2, "This Constitution and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the JUDGES in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding." SCOTUS is not granted the authority to overrule Article VI, Paragraph 2. Cite: Article III, "The Judicial Power of the United States..." Moreover, Judges may only hold their offices "during good behavior." I do not think it is good behavior to hold such disrespect for the U.S. Constitution, or the nation (We the People). Furthermore, the parameters and limitations of power are clearly defined for a President in Article II. The words are clear. "Presidential immunity" is not granted to a President, thereby proving that the U.S. Constitution has more applicable authority than the political ruling of SCOTUS. This country was NOT established as a dictatorship or monarchy.
