One day after the 2024 season official concluded, Penn State head coach James Franklin landed a key addition for 2025 by adding former Texas A&M interior offensive lineman TJ Shanahan Jr. Arriving in Happy Valley for the spring semester with three years of eligibility remaining, Shanahan appeared in nine total games last season, seeing snaps at left guard, right guard and center.
