Here's a way to contain this SCP and make sure it stays on site. Take it to the site where SCP-3092-A is held keep it there until SCP-3092-A pulls one of their pranks and vuala. 3092-A loves pulling pranks but doesn't like causing actual harm so it can't be any safer with it.
